On the sidelines of his participation in the African Union Executive Council, Minister of State, Minister of Foreign Affairs, National Community Abroad and African Affairs, Mr. Ahmed Attaf, held bilateral talks today in Addis Ababa with the Minister of International Relations and Cooperation of the Republic of South Africa, Mr. Ronald Lamola.

These talks were devoted to exchanging views and analyses on the most important challenges facing the African continent and exploring ways to strengthen coordination on these issues at the level of the African Union. The two ministers also discussed prospects for consolidating the traditional relations of friendship and cooperation between the two countries, in line with the high-level directives of the presidents of the two brotherly countries.
