As part of the ongoing series of scheduled field visits to meet members of our national community abroad, the Secretary of State to the Minister of Foreign Affairs, responsible for the national community abroad, Mr Sofiane Chaib, is undertaking a working visit to the Kingdom of Spain, which began on 29 April 2026 with a visit to the Consulate General of Algeria in Barcelona, where he inspected the smooth running of the various consular services provided to members of the national community residing within this consular district.
