The Secretary of State to the Minister of Foreign Affairs, responsible for the national community abroad, Mr Sofiane Chaib, together with the Minister and High Commissioner for Digitalisation, Ms Meriem Benmouloud, presided over the opening ceremony of the training workshop on the issuance of Apostilles in Algeria, on 4 June 2026 at the headquarters of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, as part of the preparations for the entry into force in our country of the Hague Convention Abolishing the Requirement of Legalisation for Foreign Public Documents (the Apostille Convention) from 9 July 2026.
