The Minister of State, Minister for Foreign Affairs, the National Community Abroad and African Affairs, Mr Ahmed Attaf, received Mr Pekka Hyvönen, Ambassador of the Republic of Finland to Algeria, at the Ministry’s headquarters this morning. Mr Hyvönen had come to pay a farewell visit on the occasion of the end of his posting in our country.
